extra works.. are they really paid?

i am coming there with a company from my country. i will belong to laws in qatar.

and as i know there official work time is 7-3 and 6 days. all extra hours are paid %50 more than the normal hours.

i will be working in construction business and i am sure i will work much more than 8 hours. maybe up to 12 hours. i will be happy if they really pay for that hours and be richer:p

anyway.. any construction engineers like this? or anyone who can say something on this. i cudnt ask the company cuz they are already giving good money and other options:p

i hope and they 'must' pay it regularly.. but still asking ur opinions..
