End of Service benefit in qatar
What is the criteria for End f Service Benefit in Qatar? what is the possibility of getting gratuity & other leave benefits if some one leave the job after two year? What is the minimum duration to work in a company to get Gratuity?
How did the company calculates overtime Pay? Is it only calculates with respect to the basic salary of the worker or with respect gross salary of worker? ( Including Basic and allowances? )
how did working hours calculated for a labour? Does the travel time from labour camp to the site and the meal time included in 8 hours normal duty?
If the company is sending back someone before one year do they get any benefits? who has to pay return flight ticket?

Overtime is = 800/30/8*1.25=4.18 or 1000/30/8*1.25=5.21)
Does the EOS benefits include leave salary and Gratuity?

End of service is applicable on completion of 1 year
21 days paid per year.
Over time is calculated at 1.25x Per hour worked normal days
1.50x hours worked on off days
Work time is normally 48 hour per week. Travel is not included . most companies follow 9 hours a day 1 hour break. depends it can vary tho.
