End of service benefit!!!
I have been in service since September 1993, some of my colleagues were retired from service. The end of service benefit were calculated by the company's concerned department without conformity with the concerned person effective from January 2005 only and according to the salaries during its period and not as per the last salary which is not as per the Article 54 of Qatar Labor Law of 2004. One of our colleague bring the case to court but unfortunately there is no final outcome as he was forced to leave Qatar. Is anyone or anybody can give highlights in this scenario?
As per law you are eligible to get it from Jan 2005. And the last basic salary should be considered for calculation.
