Doubt regarding HRA and government housing?
My wife(shes on husband sponsorship) got a job offer from
Ministry &they are offering family accomodation (not HRA).But iam also working for government (but in Cooperation),and iam getting HRA(not house).My question is that if she accept the government accomodation, can it affect my HRA?
If you accept the accommodation, both of you lose allowances.
If you choose not to take the accommodation, you will get a family allowance and the wife will get a single allowance.

The government will not give the same allowance for both husband and wife.

there's no question of stealing....
We already informed them about my contract, and their final desicion is still pending.
For your wife to get family accomodation, you will need a letter from your Corporation stating that you are not receiving a house and house allowance. Only one can get.
Eventually they will find out that your receiving HRA, and will cancel your wife's family accomodation or it's the other way around. But who knows, you might get both. However it will look bad for both of you if you don't declare that already you are receiving an HRA. It's same like stealing from the government.
it would be proper to ask your HR
