I want to know what is the minimum time period required to stay outside Qatar if I want to come back for employment?

I heard it is 2yrs. Can anybody tell me the exact period?

People working in oil and gas company say dolphin is the best paymaster.

May be pay package in QP could be minimum 20 % less, it is my guess. Do not lose any good offer by comparing with Dolphin or become greedy. Too much information sometimes is counterproductive

Hi banana, is the above range also true for indian QP employees working in ras laffan directorate, can you throw some light, will be useful as I am expecting a call to Qatar for site interview. The position is senior design engineer, experience 18yrs, grade not known yet but most probably 16

Only basic can be negotiated.

All other benefits are non negotiable for all nationalities. dont waste time negotiating.

I guess these information should be correct as parted by my friend.

The basic for an Indian engineer ranges 18-23K

The basic for a senior engineer of indian origin ranges 22- 27K.

the candidate must be extremely smart to touch the highest bracket

He is from India. He has totally 16 years experience. Place of work is Ras Laffan as a automation Engineer.

My ex- colleagues are working now at Dolphin. They will possibky hlep

What is the nationality of candidate

How many years of work experience does she / he have

how many years of abroad experience

Place of work?  at AbuDhabi, or Doha or at Ras Laffan

No position available in the dolphin as senior site engineer. Ask your friend for the correct position

the Dolphin Project is "one of the current Major project"  in the state of Qatar

along with the other Gas projects

QP is definitely not the highest paying co. in Qatar, QF salary is almost same as QP..QP pays bonus… QF there is no bonus……  Many other international Oil & Gs companies are giving better benefits for female employees....  

I don’t think 23,000 for a Snr. admin Secretary is realistic, but if its a male employee maybe its true including all other allowances

Its a bluff that a senior admin secretary gets 23,000 riyals. According to reports , QP is the highest in paying salaries and a secretary in QP gets only 10, 000 or less depending on various conditions.

Is it true a senior admin secretary in dolphin get 23, 000 QR salary?  I have heard from someone, sombody working at dolphin can enlighten us on that, I hope..
