Being an 8 yrs experience doctor, hope your childs are not in higher education so that is not a problem to relocate here.

Your expenses will not be more than 5k in Qatar since accommodation, child education, (anyway medical too ) and annual flight is taken care already which are the worst part of loosing our savings here.

I'm not sure of the Basic and Salary for the Doctors here but the Total Salary Sounds Good. Let me tell you about the flight and education allowance.

Year 12000 QAR for 4 People = 3000 QAR/Person/Two Ways Economy Tickets to India is Good Deal.

QAR 21000 for Education for 1 Child is good but if thats for 2 kids then its very less as the cost of schooling here in Qatar is very high.

Ramadan Bonus is Great. Also clarify regarding Leave Salary, because in Qatar many of the companies pay 1 Month paid trip to employees.

Please do also clarify about the Visa for your family from the company.

I have 10 years experience,so your offer is great.You will have to apply online to Supreme Council of Health,they have to approve your Certificate. I had to wait 9 months for that,but at the end I got approval and I don't have any additional exam to take. I am going there on Monday, I will see what to do because my offer is not so good as yours.

After all that you have been offered, you still go about asking "Is it a good offer?"

The average expenses for an Indian family of four would be around QR 2000 for household and say another QR 1500 for miscellaneous expenses. But it depends on your own lifestyle.

By the way Qatari is spelled as "Qatari" and not as "Katari".

I think your offer is OK.I am also doctor,specialist in internal medicine,they offered me 20000 total,14000 basic and 6000 for apartment.What is your specialization and how many years of experience do you have?
