Dear Friends,
This is Raj from India,
I have totally 4.1 years of experience in Finance and accounts at BPO industry (All are top International companies) and today, I have gotten the offer as an accountant at entry level in Doha based company.(offer letter not received yet, will receive it by tomorrow)
The total CTC offering by the company is (55K INR) 3700 Qatar ryal excluding Accommodation and transportation.
If company provides Accommodation and Transportations the net salary would be 40000INR per month and generally air ticket will be provided by company when they offer the job but the recruitment agencies who conducted the interview with the company said that I need to bear the air ticket when I board from India but, I haven’t talked abt this with company.

Since, I don’t have gulf exp, I humbly request you, to suggest whether I can take this offer or not and also advice, is there a chance to save money nearly 37K INR after spending food, accommodation and transportation from my monthly salary?( I am a Bachelor) How abt living in Doha?
Your Prompt response is highly appreciated!!

Generally placement consultants are paid by the employer in Qatar and they are not supposed to charge anything from the candidates. The fact that they are asking you seems to indicate that the company you are joining may not be a reputed or good one or else the agency is taking money on both sides.

Once you receive the offer letter, use the phone number to call up and speak to the HR of the company you intend to join and verify everything.

4, Recruitment charges - 10000INR after medical check up done

if am k, with all of the above, i need to go their office and submit my orignal passport to receive the offer letter. if the offer is ok for me, i need to sign or else no need.

It is a reasonable offer, if it is your first job in the Gulf..

Dont think too much about the savings part, with reasonable lifestyle, you can save maybe 20-25000..Work here for a couple of years, gain GCC experience, and jump somewhere else..

As per Qatar labor laws, the employer has to bear the expenses of bringing in a person to the country, as well as his expenses for final exit.. so tickets has to be from the employer..
