Company should hv 2 pay leave salary if resign b4 1year?

Hi, Just wana know regarding leave pay, actually in my offer letter co, mentioned 30 days paid leave after completion of one year, if i resign now (just completed 7 months)I believe Company should pay my 15 days leave pay am right? please advice or please give me the contact no of labor office

It depends with your contract and company policy actually it should be pro rated but since you only finished 7 months ask with your company HR and recheck your contract again.
