COMPANY NOT PROVIDING SALARY LAST THREE MONTH

Imagine getting full salary at once after 6 months ..

You will be so rich ... You may buy out your company in that salary ..

If you go to the Labour Office, surely they will help you get you your salary immediately but then the company will retaliate in other ways such as terminating your services and sending you home without NOC. They do this just to send a message to other employees. If you approach Human Rights, they too will help you out, but be ready for the retaliation from the company. I have seen that happen. That is the very sad part. I don't think your embassy would help you out in any way if you come from an Asian or African country.

Give a letter to the company asking them to release your salary. and get counter signed on a xerox copy. Within 7 days if they are not responding then go to the labour department. They will help you. Still if the Labour Dept is not able to assist you then you can go to the court for filing a complaint.

Visit NHRC’s "National Human Rights Committee" office in Souq Al-Rawda, Salwa Road to file a complaint in person. Call 44444012,44048844 or 66626663 for directions.
