actually sick leave is meant to be used when you are sick. in a year only 6days are allocated. if ever it is not been used, you cannot even carry forward the six days unused sick leave to the subsequent year. another year is another new 6days only to be allocated. however sick leave can only be granted for "with pay" once there is medical clearance/report from the doctor. i hope it helps.
