Bonus entitlement
Hi,
If any employee left the job in the month of November 2016 and the company declared bonus for its employees in the month of January 2017. As per the definition of bonus, it is the share of the profit for the prvious year . He was working since 2014
Could you please let me know if there are some rules regarding this and how to get it resolved if the company does not respond to emails?

If the employee left, contract ended, had end of service payment etc, then I don't see why he should get any bonus.
