Advise requested - RasGas Offer

I just received minutes ago an employment offer with RasGas, to a Senior Position, under Bachelor Status, as follows:
Basic Salary 13,485.00 QAR
Transport Allowance 2,000.00 QAR
Furnishing Allowance 33,000.00
Car Loan 67,425.00 QAR

I'd like to get your input, if such employment offer is acceptable to a professional wih 18 years experience and Bach of Engineering Degree.

Please advise me if what I'm being offer is within the average Salaries in Qatar.

Your offer is not clear as u have not mentioned any thing about HRA. Without HRA this offer does't seems to be good one as nearly 50% of your basic salary would be eaten by good accommodation.
