ON MY ARRIVAL COMPANY PROMISED ME BACHELOR ACCOMODATION. NOW THEY ARE CUTTING ELECTRICITY & WATER FROM MY SALARY. IS IT FAIR OR NOT. KINDLY CLARIFY WITH DETAILS.

Not fair. Talk to HR & Top Management if they ignore your request simply go to Labour ministry and tell your probelm

Not fair at all, Raise it to higher management for explanation.

Electricity / water charges are cheap in Qatar, for one room shared 4 member will be around 50 - 100 Qar.
