Advice on Education and House Allowance.

Hi,

I have an offer that includes 30K QRS schooling for each child, will i be able to get a decent school in this allowance or i have to pay from my own pocket? I have two school going kids. The company is providing house allowance that is 7000 QRS, by looking into the forum and classifieds, i believe a decent 2 bedroom can be rented in it. Please advise.
