2 months NO SALARY
Can anyone give me a good advice. I am not receiving my salary for two months now. Where can i ask for assistance?
What added to my frustration after Eid ,my boss was able to go to other country and stay for 8 days. When i ask for my salary he told me that the company has no money.
I am going crazy staying in this company:-((

go to labour deptartment & you will get solution. Don't forget to take office boy together with you also as he don't get paid for six months.

why dont you complain to the sponsor.
And if you are not sponsored by the company, why stick on???
Dont compare what the boss was able to do.
Your salary is your right and to be received monthly, with a copy going to the Labour department. (At lease, our company says so)
Also, regardless of collection, you should receive your monthly pay pack. Unless you are on commission, then you receive a percentage of collection as a bonus
I already asked one FILCOM leader and he told me that POLO will only help once i file a case and it will take years before I can have the assistance since POLO is facing or taking too much problem as well. So i think I need to go straight to Human Roghts or Labor Dept.
Yes my salary is included in my employment contract. The sad part is our PRO is close to our sponsor made a promise that he will help. Another thing my GM is always asking for money if somebody wants to get NOC or release. One Filipina paid for QR 10,000. Where in Doha can i get that money.

read you contract again, if it does, them you have a case or at least a complaint that you can file at the labor department! Lol!

Only Me ( 2 months )and Teaboy (6 months)salary is delayed. Because the GM and Executive Manager can get money anytime once we have the collection. But if we are the one asking for salary ,they will tell that the company has no money left. Even if I told the GM that i now we have collection still he will deny and will no give our salary.
You are the only one or is it a problem with many?
