Need help/advice on salary expectations

Hello all,

I'm a western expat and had my interviews with QP recently. The feedback from them has been positive. They already mentioned in my HR interview about the other benefits such as HRA, transport, school education for my kids. Seems to be standard for my grade level and dont think I can negotiate on them. Am i right?

I'm currently waiting to receive my offer letter with base salary details for Grade 16. I'm wondering if anyone in this forum have any idea what range of base salary i should be expecting. I'm an Engineer by Education and over 15 years of O&G expereince. However I will be working in an non- technical capacity in this role at QP.
