Hyderabadi dub biryani is very simplest and most easy way..u can make it in cooker too very easy very fast...
in a cooker take prewashed chicken pcs and mix in salt, red chilli powder, one cup of curd,one cup of milk, one cup of water,garam masala, fresh garlic paste,fresh ginger paste,cinnamon powder,green cardamom powder and chopped green chillies..keep aside and in a big pan boil the presoaked rice and just after 6 minutes add half of it over the marinated chicken and add deep fried sliced onions to it alongwith bit of cloves powder cinnamon powder and green cardamom powder and bit of mint dhania leaves too..now strain the rest of rice and layer over it and in the middle add few tbsp of saffron mixed milk alongwith bit or orange color....close the lid of the cooker and take the whistle aside..cook on high for 5-6 minutes..than lower the flame and cook for 12-15 minutes and close the flame..open after 20 minutes...
