The holy month of Ramadan is upon us!

Ramadan is the ninth month of the Hijri calendar. According to what date the moon is sighted, it can be 29 days or 30. 

As soon as the new crescent is sighted, Muslims officially enter the month of Ramadan and proceed with preparations for the Suhoor just before dawn. Fasting commences at the break of dawn and lasts until sunset. 

In addition to fasting, the month encourages spiritual devotion including prayers, charity, and acts of kindness. 

Muslims across the world embraces and celebrates Ramadan in different ways, decorating home with lanterns, lights, wall-decoration pieces, gift boxes is one of the ways to celebrate Ramadan.
