Bank mistake others suffering
who should take the responsibilities? A man deposited a check payment under his account unfortunately the bank only credited 10% of the total amount of the check. The payee of the check was debited already of the full amount and despite repetitive complaints that the total value was not yet credited the bank ask to present evidence that the said amount was really deposited to their bank...wow what a comlete idiot.... they want the person to prove that it was debited to the check payee and to check the documents that was instructed to that payment, this is despite the fact that the deposit slip which was issued that day was already presented.... they just ignore the these facts and it went on and on for another 10 days..... imagine how hard it is to follow up to bank especially if you are calling their lines always busy....finally after 10 days of daily complaints, series of meeting and presenting all proof they decided to return back the money (credited)..... what a complete turn-out.. they make mistakes and they don't apologize, and the burden to prove they make mistakes is on the depositor....
another story with the same bank, they debited the autodebit for credit card for payment in the beginning of the month. It was reflected on the bank transaction, therefore you knew how much more money you have, unfortunately no, once the card was used for payment bills shockingly they autodebited the amount for credit card (again), and again you make complaints about it, they never accept it as their mistake, they will say they will look into it and after days of follow up (3 hours of calling daily) they said nothing and nobody calls you... you have to check it through any ATM machine day in day out to see if they have credited your hard earned money at their mercy.... what a bank! ask me why not transfer? the company uses this same useless bank and that they will not allow to transfer to another bank... its like you are trap to their crazy system....
what a misery banking with them....
You can just transfer out the salary to another bank the moment you get it, hopefully then you can vircumvent the bank, in case your company is not willing to transfer to another bank.In this case it will be that the bank just becomes another hop in the chain.
Just go to complaint registration with QCB Website and fill up the form with your problem but don't register instead take a screen copy and send it to the bank. You will be amazed to see how things get solved.
After reading I feel miserable not knowing which bank this is.
