Hammam = Bathroom = حمام
Shampoo = Shampoo = شامبو
Saboon = Soap = صابون
Lefa = Loofa = ليفة
Forshat Asnan = Tooth Brush = فرشاة أسنان
Majoon Asnan = Tooth Paste = معجون أسنان

Example:

Aen Al-Hammam? Oreed An Astakhdem Majoon Al-Asnan le Onazzef Asnany.
= Where is the bathroom? I want to use the tooth paste to clean my teeth
:)

Khanan:

as i said above that is different Hammam

the H in "Bin Hammam" is to be spelled like (House, Hi) هـ

but the H in "Hammam = bathroom" is to be spelled like the snake sound or like whispering ح

but regarding the family name i don't know any family like (Hamam), but i know (Homam) as a name and as a family name
