Zukhrof estate agency

I rented a furnished flat from Zukhrof Agency. At the end of my tenancy, when their inspector came to inspect the flat, he just turned over one of the mattresses and showed that there is a stain on it. This was a mattress that we had never used. To me it seems that the inspector already knew that this mattress is stained because he only checked the other side of this mattress as they have put an old stained one. We objected but no use. They charged me the price of a new mattress. I just want to warn others when dealing with tis company.
Zukhrof estate agent is no different of abudhabi islamic bank.they charge you left and right,when you complain they promise to credit your account of they amount and they keep lie to you till you get tired and forget about it.welcome to the club .i miss the civilization of USA and Europe and other countries.
