Yesterday I was in Q-tel signal, at 6.27pm, Coming from Jet airways office area road to Doha petrol station road it was green signal but the road was blocked I stopped my car , I was not bothered abt the horn & flash light from back side coz I know its offensive to enter the intersection if its not cleared, any way no one was able to use their green Signal who is coming from Jaidha Fly over area, its turned to red but one pick-up crossed the red (Just I told to my wife that he is lucky coz there is no camera) and took left, my eyes followed him and I saw that very badly he hit one person……… that driver came out and just looking in road ………. Some ladies started crying ……… any way I never wait for calling 999 …….. still I am thinking about that person and praying for his good ……… wht happened to him ? how can I inform to police that he crossed red and he was in over speed …….. how can I do ???? coz he is not able to keep any country lisence with him ....... He don't know traffic manners ........

The Police normally makes mobile calls thru their personal wireless radio. Some times only outward calls are enabled for the device..

S its better to call the traffic dept. Most probably it will be Airport Traffic Division for Doha Circle

I am sure that in the incident report the location, time and nature of the accident are recorded. Go to the police station nearest the Q-Tel signal and they may be able to guide you to where this incident id being handled.
