Hi Every Body:

In a recent Statistic Report: It was stated that
1. in London that 60% of employers are facing skill shortages,
2. In US 40% of the Curd work force will retire in 2010.
3. 1/5 US companies says that they will loose 40% of talents, when their CEOs will retire.
4. 60% of the emplyers are being blamed for bad Hires or recruitment, which led them to lower productivity.
5. 66% percent of them deffect morale.
6. 54% of the business community said that they are loosing customers. (Courtesy: KPMG)

my idea to bring these satitics for you is what do you think on these reports. if we dont find solutions for above, will it be possible for the world come out quickly from economic crisis that we face now.

Havr your say whether:
World economy depends Productions and customers?
How far the Poor recruitment or Bad hires have Effected the world economy ?

"2. In US 40% of the Curd work force will retire in 2010."

Surely this will only affect the curd industry which doesn't sound too bad.
