Working Hours

Hello All

Can someone please advise if there are standard working hours in Doha - In the UK the standard office hours are 9.00 - 5.30

But I have noticed that the schools in Doha start at 7.30, is that when business will open as well and as a rule do you finish the day early or have a few hours off in the afternoon

I appreciate that office hours will vary but wondered if there was a standard rule of thumb to work to

Hours vary significantly and not just the start time.

Some organisations work a split shift.
