Woqod Fuel Stations - self service machines

I'm creating this post hoping that the right person from Woqod will read it; I'm overall a satisfied Woqod customer, can't remember ever getting a bad tank of fuel and all their services are good.

I would however like to bring to Woqod's attention that the self service tire pressure and water machines at each and every Woqod station I have tried so far in the city limits, are either broken or not even made operational and just lying switched off and unused. They have been broken since weeks/months and no one has answers.

Some of the stations have manned tire repair services but those are always busy with many cars waiting and no one wants to deal with a car that only needs its air pressure checked and topped off. 

There are many others like me who monitor their tire pressures regularly everytime we fill up our cars with fuel and it is very inconvenient to wait half an hour just to have someone be free to check our tire pressures. I and others like me would rather use the self service machines and help ourselves.

When asked about the broken machines, the station staff usually don't know who is supposed to fix them or when if ever, they will be fixed and they seem to just not be bothered.

The Traffic department is always telling motorists to monitor their tire pressures and safety; but those who take that very good advice and try to follow it, find either crowded tire shops and busy staff or broken self service machines that are never fixed.

I hope this post and my effort will not be wasted and the right person will read it and make things happen. There is a shortage of independent tire services in the city as it is and many people make Woqod their default option for these services and so we need to make sure all Woqod stations have their self service kiosks up and running at all times.
