only under these conditions:

1. there would be enough taxis to accommodate the FEMALE riding public. MEANING: we shouldn't make to wait 2hours for us to book a taxi and taxi terminals would be strategically located within DOHA

2. The men should be able to stop by the supermarket and do the gorceries so the women/wives/partners will not go out to do them. We would always call the nearby corner grocery store/supermarket but telling the seller how to get to your house to deliver it could be taxing enough.

3. Men should be able to flex their time to bring the kids to and from school or whatever the kid's activities would be especially during weekends. And don't forget, if the wife also works...that also should be considered in making the route...

What else...any more ideas???

Instead of creating a system that restricts who can drive a vehicle and when they can drive a vehicle why not develop a plan that looks at the future growth of the area and anticipates annual population increase. Using factual information create a schedule for changes to the infrastructure that allow for more efficient roadways as well as the implementation of a modern public transporation system that provides incentives to citizens who choose to use it.

The way I see it - there is the easy way (the manly way) and the right way (the intelligent female perspective). :D

1. They drive as if all the roads in Qatar have been given to them as gift at the time of her marriage.

2. There is no concept or knowledge of a bloody poor indicator facility in her car.

3. lane changing is like going to one's bathroom stright from getting up from ur bed and that too when u are under tremendous pressure.

I would say.. dont allow females (particularly local females) to even attempt to get a lisence. Only expats (males & females both) and local men should be allowed to apply to any driving school.

According to the National Rifle Association, 5% of all females carry weapons, and this number is increasing.

That means that every single day, I drive past at least one female that has a lousy love life, think men are her biggest problem, has seriously considered suicide or homicide, is armed and dangerous!

I don't think we should p!ss them off any further.
