I see so many people on the "online users" but there are zero new comments. So what's everyone doing???

some times I leave my pc on for hours but it doesn't mean that I am actually in from of the computer. Most of the time I'm hoovering around the house, playing with my child, getting her to eat etc and every now and then I look at comments and post only if I have time.
