Why my RP so late

HI all
I am in qatar since November. I am working as shift engineer in a good power and distribuition company.My initial medical was axamined from doha medical hospiatl when i arrived. since then i am still waiting for my finger prints and medical examination from medical board and obviously for my RP. My company HR personnel told me that we have submitted all your documents to the medical board now we are waiting from their responce.
Please help me regarding this issue and tell me how much time is required normally for getting RP after arrival into Qatar. and why my RP is still so late.

When I read the title I was with the impression that you have been waiting for more than six months. Come on man, you came only last month. Wait for another two months to start worrying.

usually it takes 3 months depends on your company..

Mine, i got it after 3 months..

once your medical is done finger prints will follow after a week or 2 weeks..

Don't worry about your RP, if your medical and finger prints are done..

you will get it soon...
