I used IBQ and my brother use Doha bank they are both very good.

you should go to the bank by yourself and ask the officer or surf the site.Hopefully these way will give you good consideration before applying for the loans.

Are we talking about the interest rates or the ease of transaction or what exactly ? Not that I have a solution but would like to know how are you evaluating the bank (on what basis) just in case ?
Check with Commercial Bank, they are one of the best.

I would say Doha Bank and IBQ. Had a bad experience with HSBC... try looking into these two banks.
