Hi! I saw one at the PCone store on Salwa road, it's a new store...but to be honest i didn't find them to be competitive when it comes to prices. What do you peeps think

Its one of the charcteristics of the TFT display that the PSP has, and also old pda's, and even some laptops.

I bought mine used, for 700 with 1 gb, and a game, about a year and 3 month ago, it had about 18 stuck pixels, believe it or not, and till this day on i don't believe it, there are only 3 left. What i did is enetered a site called psp-hacks, and they actually had a pixel re-generator. It amazingly worked, took about 1 hour to do because u have to pinpoint them exactly, but oddly, it worked, and i was like no way....

But as explained, these are really normal, although some odd to appear on TFT displays, thats the nature of the screen.

I see. I have the first stock on mine so I don't have experience with the newer models.

I've just ordered a PSP Slim and Lite though so I hope that'll be better than my original. (I have around 3-4 stuck pixels)

but there are motherboards, that come installed on the new stocks, well, unless it s the first psp, the one i have for example, only 10% of their motherboard getting ruined, whilst other ones that come with TA 082 MB's WHICH COME ON THE NEW STOCKS, LIKE PSP 1002- 1006 have 50 % risk of getting ruined.

Thats why i advised not to buy them.

From big shops, ones in souq are always newer, coz they dont hold as much stock as big huge shops....

they sell pink ones in PCONE shop on salwa road next to the Midmac roundabout its a new shop and a big one

if it's 730 that's a great price, they're 120 pounds in the UK.

But you don't need to worry about modded motherboards, you can just update it with modded firmware. I'm using version 3.5 m-33

It's perfect for playing downloaded games.

I also suggest getting 2gb memory minimum.

Games range from 60 used ones, to new one with a maximum value of 130QR.

They have loads of them, in all colors including pink...at a place called Bahar, and at a place called Olympia electronics

but my advice is that dont buy them, they come with modified motherboards that dont play any fake games (downloaded from the internet....

I think its rare...PSPs are actually available at less price in SOUQs and iam sure they do not have one there.Modern HOMe is the dealer and so u can check out wid them.no need to go there, just dial 180, ask for modern home showroom number, call modern home, connect to the concerned department and ask whether they have one in stock, if they do..lucky..otherwise go for AMAZON.com or EBAY.com
