When some banks in Qatar will care about their customers?

When some banks in Qatar will care about their customers and allow credit card’s transactions to appear in the customer internet page and/ or to get the transaction via SMS. This facility is required especially when somebody has to give his credit card number to rent a car agent (rather that waiting for 1.5 month to get the transactions details via mail and be sure that nobody misused your credit card). This facility has been available for more than10 years in other GCC

I do not feel that my credit card is secured when the bank is not willing “or not able” to inform me about the transaction when it is carried on.
