a big family on dad's side with grandma, 14 childern, grand children,great grand children and great great grand children... five generations with more than 160 people as my uncles, aunts, cousins and soo on. even though many of us are settled in middle east, we have huge gatherings at our ancestrol house almost every month on behalf of someone's marriage or arrival form middle east..:)
While my Dad's parents are the the German and the Irish so they live with my Father's brother in Canada so I see them all once a year. The French/Miqmaq side is my Mom's parents and they are both passed on :( so no.
Really though every part of the family has been in Canada or the US for over 350 years so we are really just Canadian. Although 350 years ago they all were fighting against each other thanks to the American Revolution. :)

I'm half Irish and half English and married to a Scot. Although I think I may have some Welsh in my blood also (on my Father's side of the family), so guess I have covered the entire UK lol

I have bin brout up with both of those natinalitys. I speak aribic and spanish and english. I was brout up with strong values and morals being that my parents were very strict. When my father met my mother he also thought she was Arabic at first. Some people in the clubs think I am arabic only. I also like dancing to Arabic music. My life revolves around both of them...

I believe there is Moorins blood in the west coast of Ireland from when the Moors used to over-shoot England when they were taking English as slaves from the Bristol Channel.
Some of them would ship wreck on the west Irish coast and stayed there.
Hence the dark hair and eyes of some of the people there.

I was talking to some Tiawanese people in Liverpool a few years ago who were suprised I couldn't tell different orientals apart.
I asked him if he could tell the difference between British, French and German.
He couldn't.
When people are similar to us we notice the differences.
