Vodafone BlackBerry Service Charge

Hi all,

The other day, I was charged for my vodafone blackberry service (125QR), but since I get a text every time my credit card is charged, I noticed that I got charged twice.

Two charges also appeared on my credit card statement, and not happy about paying 250qr instead of 125qr, I called them up, and asked them to check. He told me on the system there was only one charge, but if I gave him my credit card number, he could check in detail. So he did, and the two charges also appeared there. So now I am waiting 14 working days for a refund.

I'm just posting here to tell you so that other vodafone blackberry service users can check, in case the same has happened to them.

i dont know....but im not buying it....

my personal friend is suffering bad services from Vodaphone,,,.

If it had happened by mistake the amount of Qrs.125 will be returned to your account.

it has happened to me several times and it dint take this much long(14days).
