Visit visa information

my Mother-in-Law visited us in qatar 4 months before, she lived here for three months after getting 2 months extension Visa. Now we want to apply again for her visit visa, can we apply now or do we have to wait for 6 months period. I heard therez a rule that u have to wait atleast 6 months for applying the visit visa for the same person. Is it true?

Mr.Mohammed-Requirements for applying Visa for wife:-

1, copy of personal id or passport of the resident husband

2, Letter from husband's employer citing profession and salary

3, copy of attested marriage & child birth certificate

4, copy of wife valid passport
