Visa Transfer for my nanny

Myla lives with us since 6 months ago, she has all her documents updated. She is from Philippines and she has 27 years old. She is fluently in english (she reads and writes in english too), she makes all the choeurs of the house and takes care of our three children of 7, 3 and 1 years old.
She is very nice with the children and she has lots of patience, she doesn't cook at all but she is good help in the kitchen.
We will like to found her a new family before we go, and avoid her to return to the agency.
