Urgent Help Required **Kahrama

Please give me a solution to solve this issue and mystery.
Just checked my Kahrama Bill at the Ooredoo koisk, its showing 10200 Qrs. I'm paying a monthly bill of average 200Qrs only.
When I came at home, when checked, the electricity meter is running normal. But the water meter is running non-stop... Its keep on going when all taps are OFF (I just came now. So there is no chance of filling up the tank, its already full)..!!
How can I get rid of this issue?? Do i need to pay the 10,000+ Qrs?? Please suggest me a solution. Where can I give a complaint and solve this problem??

Bad Luck. This is not your fault. If the meter is faulty then i am sure Kahrama authorities will consider your case and if the meter really dischrged water worth 10200/- then u have to pay the bill and see who was from your neighbours using your water connection.

Dont touch any connections until inspected by Kahrama..

Please check first whether really water is being pumped and if so then where this water is going. Check with a plumber. There may be some other connection where water is being drained. If the water meter is faulty simply running then kahramaa should not charge - they will replace the meter - Complain immediately...
@t_coffe...I do remember last time a pickup hit the meter and its position changed (I mean it rotated to other direction). May be that is a cause for air intake??
rare but somebody may be making beer by stealing your water ....
be entire compound or floors are being fed via your pipes inlet ..... find out who did that clever connection which runs non-stop ?
may be air in the system this happens when you have pressure pump.
Like BG saig, You need to visit their office and explain the situation.
We are two staying here and will be at home 24x7 only weekends and holidays..! So the E&W is in limited use.
neighbours are the culprits ....
u need to visit them tell them the issue they will check ur past billing n a similar amount will be charged until the issue is resolved , u need to visit them n pay monthly
