Unlimited mobile wireless data plan?

Hello,

Does/will Q-Tel offer an unlimited mobile data plan (3G/UMTS)? I am looking for service plan that offers either a 3G/UMTS modem or lets me use a 3G smartphone as a modem.

I heard today that QTel was losing it's monopoly and that another provider was moving into Qatar. Can anyone confirm?

I have serious doubts as to whether QTel will implement such a plan. I have attended a couple of press conferences with QTel and met a couple of their management people from the mobile side. Never have they indicated that they will go that route (at least for the near future).
