unusual working hours??

Hi Guys!!!

Im new to qatar and working in a double shift company, my bosses usually come in the second shift time and keeping us for the whole day (im staying in the office for more than 12 hours - No overtime payment), is this normal here???

It depends what business your company is into

Look in your contract, must say how many hours you will work etc

No this is not normal ...Why do you stay in the office during the break ?

Is the accomodation too far away ?
