The turkey HAS landed, er, um, belly flopped into Doha...

What a trip THAT was...Nothing like SKIDDING into Newark, and I do mean skidding...horrible weather there that delayed both the flight into and out of the area. But..I am HERE!!

Jauntie, my dear, you are in such trouble, ...and as far as landing in time for Eid, Richard, you of all people should know I schedule things to my advantage with the clubs being open. DaRude...bouncer...hummph...I am more of a roller with a few bumps involved. Corne...you better run or I'm gonna squish you with a giant hug.

To all...I have missed you guys so much and look forward to seeing everyone (and meeting a few of the "new" members that have joined since I have been gone)! thank you for your welcome back comments!

No ear pulling necessary, Owen..I have had my spies out and you are fine but you will have to do time in the corner my dear.

Gosh..I can't wait until I get my brain back..I think its still on the plane somewhere!

So, you are going to party in Lebanon nightclubs and chase down hot woman. Specially when your country has a shortage of males. Nicely done dude.

My Confession Booth is open for all the Lebanese womanizers.

Spending money judiciously that rich kids never learn.... They become spoilt brats like Paris Hilton who is just a gud for nthng Socialite....Compare that to Evanka Daughter of Donald Trump....

So that life style is a reflection of values imbibed by your family.....No one gets any contentment from hoarding money but the the extent or proportion depends on each ones capacity and desires more importantly..... Which is a big trade off.......

Money doesnt grow on trees..... Each drop will have varying values to different people........Money or Passion but once into passion comes success and failure the knowledge of which needs to a lot of mental preparedness...

You won't be warming the throne forever. Well, at least QLers know where to find me. Left my address somewhere here in another thread. All the debauchery in temporary and the genuine last.

By Scarlett• 13 Oct 2007 23:10
Scarlett

making the entire room shine will be worth it to you in the long run and you will appreciate it even more than if its handed to you.

Money is nice and definitely necessary..but most people don't start with it, or a lot of it...and to be truly appreciated, it has to be earned..otherwise its spent foolishly and never gives the spender any satisfaction. Once you earn it, you spend it in a manner that will spread happiness to you and others, if you have learned the lesson. Keeping it to yourself and hoarding it will just make you unhappy in the long run.

By Scarlett• 13 Oct 2007 23:02
Scarlett

night life...ahem...now you may NEVER come back but not for the obvious reasons...we may have lost you to the debauchery and fun...sigh...so I'd be left warming the throne forever..

For keeping the royal throne warm and for your royal blessings.

Now I can feel peaceful while away.

I will utilize the time to prepare a thesis about the night life in Beirut vs Doha :D

By Scarlett• 13 Oct 2007 22:52

your return...I'll use the official royal throne warmer...

Seriously...be careful...and come back soon..

Thats right But nobody wants to start in that small corner its characterized with impatience...... Life is a constant process of learning.... But money determines status , position in society , attraction amongst peers, notwithstanding the capability aspect....

People who are nowhere in this world will feel the dire need for it IT depends on where they are in the Abraham Maslow theory of needs....

By Scarlett• 13 Oct 2007 22:46

don't let life get you down, hon...its what you make of it...start with a small corner and make it bright..you'll be surprised how quickly the sunshine spreads

QL was missing a lot of spice and flavor.

Unfortunately, the place cannot hold a Queen and King at the same time. SO, I have opted to give myself a holiday for a couple of weeks as of Monday.

Am sure the place will be in safe hands.

I don't think it would be of proper taste or liking, for you to switch from a pure breed Mustango Horse to a Camel. As a fine rider you are with Mustangs, I rather see you in a horse with finesse.

of days..and I am SO looking forward to it!

Remember the Alamo indeed...Red, I see you know Texas history well. got my rope all looped and ready...just waiting on my horse to arrive. I think he is in Hawaii tho, having a grand time. I have GOT to remember to tag that dang animal when I travel! Perhaps I should switch to a camel...but then that would make me a Camel Girl...kinda loses something in the translation!
