Traveling with family
For families with two or three children, hotels are not always the best option. Particularly for longer stays.
Situation is further made difficult by the fact that most of the internet travel sites are geared towards short stay hotel bookings.
Only recently have the booking forms changed to allow booking more than one room at a time. This is great for overnight or less than a weeks stay but this is not really an optimal solution for longer stays.
Is there a site or resource that you use to locate and book apartments/Villas/Chalets et al for your family/group?
With so many expats from so many different countries, we should be able to come up with inside scoop for most popular destinations.
I am particularly interested in Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand, Indonesia, Cambodia, Vietnam and Philippines.
So please, if you know a resource or have information from your home country that will help travelers, please do tell :)
