TOOO LOUD Racist Add.s

-Indian family is looking to share, looking for a Philipina lady , A Westerner family is looking to share, Non Arab lady is required to, Lebanese lady ,,,
C’mon guys, isn't this discrimination? are those people looking for a partner or just a mate?! Racist Add.s are really annoying
I'm seeing it more often now and even on Qatar living, people looking to share their houses with certain races, I know it maybe feels more comfortable with people of same race, but I'm surprised how TOOO LOUD it is said.

Actually some people do. Also smokers or non smokers, vegetarians, Christian, Muslim, Buddhist. the list goes on.

We should add " NO GAYS OR LESBIANS NEITHER"

Emancipate yourselves from mental slavery

Rule of thumb in Canada eh? Um in case you want to check the classified ads there people in Canada do the same thing when looking for roomates. Looking for male/female, nobody under the age of 25, No couples, No singles, Must speak English, etc etc.

Thanks Foolsday for the link, I was glad that I'm not the only one with such feeling, and I would reply to sexydoctor's comment that it's not offensive, and ask:

How will it feel if you are not allowed into Hospital or a restaurant due to your race, color, ... Will it be OK?

People might say restaurants are public and houses are private so it's incomparable, but I would say if we leave it for people’s choice -to feel more comfortable- it will offend others.

Simple rule of thumb in Canada that I really liked was:

Discrimination against: sex, color, religion, race, age,... is against the law.

I hope we have the same rule every where.

Don't think there's a issue with people who want to live with certain races and advertise for this.

The offensive ad's are the ones that advertise for a maid boy/girl, from certain areas in Nepal/India/Indonesia....so they can pay them next to nothing.

It's true. But waht's even worse is when it becomes Keralite Muslim seeks fellow Keralite Muslim for example or whatever. So much for a multicultural society. Such clannishness should be kept back in India and again, wherever.

in the long run. Obviously certain people feel more comfortable with same race flatmates. I don't think its racist its just a matter of choice.
