Until you convince your subconscious mind that you are not afraid,you will not be able to face a group of people.
There are different approaches to feed this into your sub conscious mind,which may vary from person to person.
If you can dominate your subconscious mind,everything in this world gets easy.
Example:
Say yourself that,"I am free of fear and feel more confident" or "I am master of my fate, captain of my soul" repaeatedly.Feel it when you repeat it.Psychologusts ask us to repeat these anywhere from 21 times to 33 times or 49 times.It can even go higher,as it depends on control over your S.C mind.
(Guess it's time I control my subconscious mind and ask me to stop this lecture..LoL)
