TEDxYouth@Doha Forum
Recently, a TEDxYouth Forum took place in Doha. As per the description provided on their Youtube page- for those of you who are unfamiliar with what it is- "TEDx is a program of local, self-organized events that bring people together to share a TED-like experience. At a TEDx event, TEDTalks video and live speakers combine to spark deep discussion and connection in a small group. These local, self-organized events are branded TEDx, where x = independently organized TED event. The TED Conference provides general guidance for the TEDx program, but individual TEDx events are self-organized."
They featured a number of guests who spoke on stage, many of whom were Qatari, either to showcase their talent or speak about their cause, and I found all of them to be rather inspirational in their own way. I thought I'd share these on QL, in hope that they might inspire someone the way they inspired me.

Great Speech.... Your speech was beyond the forms and socio-cultural limitations.
but most of the listners were busy in their iPhones & blackberries.....
My congratulations to Dr. Hamad Al Ibrahim,an excellent and inspirational speaker, he speaks clearly and deliver eloquently the message on the importance of looking beyond things and who we are in this world, the message of empowerment is part of the message. Kudos to the organizers!
