Taking bets on Carrefour...

Taking unofficial bets on whether they'll actually have the Carrefour up and running at the Landmark in December like the sign proclaims.

While I know construction folk can work quite fast once they get going, I just don't see it in this case.

Although they *have* managed to get the thing walled up in the month I've been here. So I suppose one never knows.
