Whatever happened to you must have been horrible! I recently read about research where being around water naturally cheers you up because of the ions that are thrown into the air from the water...so going to the beach would actually help :)

I know what you're talking about. Read your other threads. Its just a phase in life and everyone has been thru that sometime or the other. Time is the best healer.
Tell you what? Once you get off from work, meet up with your best buddy in Doha and just go out to city center or any crowded place. That should keep your mind off it. Otherwise just meet up with your QL buddies, am sure talking and mingling with people will help you.
You don't have to feel wasted cos of someone else who doesn't realize your worth and does not deserve you either. So chill out make merry and learn never to regret in your life. It will help you become a much stronger person!
