some questions about residency rules

I heard a lot of news about this, and even the immigration department coudn't help well when I asked them, I hope you can give me some answers:

- Is there any rule in Qatar that anyone has the right to change his sponser if he's been resident for more than three years?

- How difficult is to get release from old sponsor, and does he has the right to cancel your residency, or there is a rules to control that?

- Is it right that if the sponsor cancelled your residency, you will be black listed from entering the country for two years?

- And if you are black listed, you can't you enter the country even with visit visa (tourism)?

If you have any answer for those questions, please help.

Thanks alot friends.

Thanks for your input Philbel,

Honestly I don't know who is my sponsor, I haven't been honored in meeting him, but he is the sponsor of the company that I work for (Multinational Company) and all that I believe depends on my company, but the problem here, since I'm planning to resign, and my company will not be happy for that, I don't feel like they will give me NOC, coz they will be upset, they need me now, and I'm feeling bored of doing this job, in addition that I got a much better offers from other international companies and they want me to represent them here in Qatar, so I don't know what I can do.

Any way I think I will just go and face them with the issue.

Thanks alot guys, you cleared things for me.

Cheers.

1. There is no such rule2. Depends on your sponsor,  but it is generally difficult to get a NOC, You can appeal to the ministry if you feel you have been treated unfairly.3. There is often a 2 year ban on you obtaining another work visa, I'm not sure if this again depends on the sponsor.4 Even if your residency  has been cancelled, you can still get a visitor visa. It is easier if you are from one of the approved 33 countries that can purchase the visa on entering Qatar.
