The X (3rd world) government held an urgent meeting upon the request of the minister of public works, who highlighted the miserable conditions of the infrastructure all over the country, where there is a major shortage of schools, hospitals, roads, water & electricity networks…etc.
The minister asked the government for a solution. Here, the minister of foreign affairs proposed that his country should declare war on the USA so that the American warships & destroyers start bombing & destroying the country’s lands from north to south, and from east to west, then after a few days, the X country decides to surrender and so the USA will hold an int’l peace conference with world countries who will all be contributing with billions of dollars to re-construct the country, as they did with Afghanistan & Iraq! Wow!
All the ministers agreed that this was a brilliant idea and that the government should adopt it right away....except for His Excellency the Hailed President....he was deeply thinking and totally silent....then he said:
American's are much more friendlier and easier to handle when it comes to work compared to the stuck up Brits! I like them Americans, just their government and policies that i dont like.

yeah, Oryx, but I favor his Land Rover song and Ernie, the fastest milkman in the West. By the way I recorded the stuff, I still have four years of Music Nights on CD. No problem to copy some.
That reminds me, Scarlett. The Doha Players used to have a "Music Night" once a month until the bomb attack. I happen to be one of the first founders of this music night together with Bob Goy (Canadian) and Kevin Hanty (British). I understand that there are a lot of musicians across QL. Why not start something like a monthly Live Music Night?
I am never ever going to forgive Canada for Celine Dione... me I would send her to live under Taliban governed Afghanistan....burka on locked in the house

Because of things like line dancing I wont go on holiday to the USA oh and the fact I would end up on a rendition flight with my passport stamps...
personally, I think people get confused with hating america and the american government. I suppose if russia or the UK had all the influences and power the US has then they would be hating them too. America is comprised of human beings of many from around the world, so for one to say that you hate america is like saying that you hate people. Maybe what your trying to say is that you dislike the american idealist or something like that. I wonder if you were living the america dream, if you would feel the same way. hummmmm!
Well good luck,
I am always excited to go to sleep! In anticipation of the new experience I will find awaiting me.

triplicate?
but it began back in the 60's in California and never professed to be Mexican food..it was California mex..kinda like texmex without the heat. Its really changed and certainly not for the better.
Nowdays Taco Bell is really yuck...kinda like the original KFC...it was incredibly good...then they sold to a franchise and the colonel(yeah there actually WAS a real guy who was a colonel who started it!) wouldn't even eat it since they changed his recipes. The mess they serve now is nothing I'd feed as pig slop...

yeah, Oryx, but I favor his Land Rover song and Ernie, the fastest milkman in the West. By the way I recorded the stuff, I still have four years of Music Nights on CD. No problem to copy some.
You have to agree.. America is entertaining. ;) And I don't mean that as an insult.

Alexa.. lol. I don't like her. Then again, I don't like pathetic love songs from pathetic pop artists.
I like Alanis Morisette though.. even if she's Canadian.

Food is awful too... I actually was in California and crossed the border to get decent lunch...and guess what?
I ended up staying in Mexico for the next 7 years...
Damm good tacos!

personally, I think people get confused with hating america and the american government.
I have a whole LOT of cds with country music...wish someone would open a western club here with dancing...heck i'd even offer to teach dance lessons!!

I love their muscle cars and Angelina Jolie..
methinks heero is another person from the past who can't leave this space alone and has a very deep resentment of America...and 1976 is just totally confused and unhappy all the time.

The opinions expressed in the article are not a reflection of the views of the author.... no joking.
Albanians, as with other diasporas, love America because their hard work has been rewarded....and they appreciate the OPPORTUNITY ... something they didn't have in their homeland
I stand by all my lovely American friends :) No hatred here.

Well they dont in Kosovo... one of the main streets has been renamed Bill clinton Street...and they sell scarves saying 'thank you america'
In Tirane in Albania I walked down George Bush street...and they love America there too...
heero, are you getting ur inspiration form 1976?
that I love America...with its warts and all. This is the land that I grew up in and there is no more beautiful and varied land in the world, as far as I'm concerned. Can't say I always agree with what the government does, but then, what population EVER agrees with everything their own government does??
