A small conversation about one's coffee blend
Just this morning when I went to the office pantry to blend my personal coffee in the morning, my girl colleague was also blending her own coffee and she said "My coffee was bitter."
Unexpectedly and instantly I answered with this reply:
There are many things. Either you put less or more coffee, you put less sugar, or you put too much water in it.
But to tell you the truth, it's either you forgot your own blend of coffee or you've changed your taste or you let the teaboy serve you your own coffee now with his blend.
I'm not kidding. I didn't know why I came up with this reply for just a simple 'bitterness' of her own coffee because my answer sounds deep. I didn't realize the 'deepness' for 5 minutes after I said it and that must be the reason she suddenly paused and stay quiet after that and went away.
Well of course I stayed in the pantry to continue eating my munchkins for breakfast, and just...life goes on.
:-)
oh and missing munchkins too... :(
i really would like a nice cup of coffee right now....
hhhmmm...nice conversation to start the day...and it's a thursday...i'm quite sure both of you had a great day at work with your different blends of coffee
