Sleep is the Blessing.

Sleep is brought by Almighty and nobody exactly plan and sleep for example say by 9 PM sharp. No body can keep ALARM before going to Sleep. People claim who are more responsible just fall to Sleep without their presence. Before falling into Sleep one has to forget 8 things.

1. Father and Mother
2. Sons & Daughters
3. Brothers
4. Wife
5. Wealth which you have obtained
6. Your Dwellings
7. Business Wherein You Fear decline
8. Close Relatives

Once the Sleep takes place its equivalent to Death. You have only life force breathe is going on and your MIND is captured hence no eating and drinking and 7 to 10 hours just goes like blink of eye.

Your are forgiven all the sins you do in the morning and MIND is gets refreshed so that we feel fresh while wake up.
When we sleep and when we wake up we don't know.
During Dreams we talk to so many people in different languages. Even though we don't speak we communicate through thoughts. We go different places in fraction of second we move around universe.

But for mundane science to see things we need image fall on Retina and one somersault and image fall on the brain and thus we see images. But in dream we see things more beautifully and MIND takes off like feather..

Even Feather will be be Heavy and MIND is much lighter than this.

Those who wake up during Night, actually Almighty wants to speak to you when no Man intervention is available. Thus one can Ponder why this heavens and earth created. After Pondering Almighty gives beautiful and restful and Peaceful Sleep

Sleep is also the secreat of life. Lot of things happening inside the body. Even we forget 8 things or more things but a lot of things happening inside the body. Just analyze yourself before sleep and after sleep if clearly you done this home work you can understant the difference.
