salary negotiation for grade 14 engineers offer from qp
hi guys,
can u please help me find how much salary & allowances can my cousin expect for gr 14 engineers category, this is for my cousin brother who is a post graduate ( M-Tech civil) having 18 years experience in construction having worked in dubai as senior estimating engineer in a reputed firm. waiting for ur response.

Very few of the staff in QP are aware of the pay scales unless they work in HR.
If your brother has been considered for a position in QP, he can pick up the phone and ask recruitment staff these questions.

Hi Vamshal,
As far as I know QP's offer for Grade 14 Engg, should be like this;(considering that he has been offered a Family status)
14,000 - 16,000 QR Basic
10,500 QR HRA
1,000 QR Transport
+ location allowance if placed outside Doha (say 50-100 QR per day)
45,000 QR Furniture Allowance and I think 5 times Basic will be the Car loan.
Along with the above offer Medical (including Dental) Free for family and school Tution fees for up to 4 children.
